Konvergent Help - Invitations
InvitationsInvitations are the means for users being associated with a program. Once an Owner signs up, that individual can send invitations to other Staff members. By providing other Staff member with certain permissions, then those selected Staff members can invite and manage Staff and External Providers.
This section covers invitations and how to send, accept, and reject them.
Send an invitationIn order to invite a user, follow these steps:
- Log in as a user with permissions to manage Staff permissions or External Providers.
- In the menu bar at the top of the page select Users > Staff > Invite Staff.
Enter the email addresses of the recipients.
You can enter addresses and use commas to separate them or add each email on a separate line.
- Click Review Invitation
- Review the invitation information
- Click Send Invitation
Accept InvitationThe following steps assume that you have received an invitation in your email inbox.
- In the email invitation that you received click the link embedded in the email. This will send you to the Konvergent site with the proper credentials.
When you arrive at the Konvergent site you will be prompted for a

The input boxes should be automatically filled out. If not then refer back to the email you received from the owner and manually input the Invitation ID and Invitation Code embedded in the email.
Fill out the form to create a Konvergent account and accept the invitation. Click
If you already have a Konvergent account then you will only need to click Accept Invitation and no further information will be required.
