Referral Lists Intro
Referral Lists are a compiled list of External Providers created by Staff.

In addition to creating, renaming and deleting lists Konvergent also has the option of allowing its users to archive lists and temporarily removing them. At another point in time users can choose to restore their lists using the Archive Lists screen.

This section covers how to create and manage referral lists.



Create Referral List
  1. Log in to your Staff account
  2. In the navigation bar at the top select Referral List > Manage Lists
  3. On the right side of the screen click Create List
  4. Enter the name for the new list in the input box.
  5. Click Create List (or press Enter)


Add External Provider to Referral List
  1. Log in to your Staff account
  2. In the navigation bar at the top select Referral List > Manage Lists
  3. Modify the search criteria according to your needs using the input controls on the left side.
  4. Drag the External Provider you would like to add from the column titled Providers to your target list



Remove Provider from Referral List
  1. Log in to your Staff account
  2. In the navigation bar at the top select Referral List > Manage Lists
  3. Locate the provider in the referral list you would like to remove
  4. Drag the provider away from the list into an empty space on the screen.


Email Referral List
  1. Log in to your Staff account
  2. In the navigation bar at the top select Referral List > Manage Lists
  3. Locate the referral list you would like to email and click the options button in the upper right.
  4. Select the option Send List via Email
  5. In the modal that displays enter the email addresses separated by commas or enter each email address on a new line then press Confirm Email Addresses.
  6. Confirm the email addresses then press Send Referral List via Email.


Send Referral List via SM
  1. Log in to your Staff account
  2. In the navigation bar at the top select Referral List > Manage Lists
  3. Locate the referral list you would like to send and click the options button in the upper right.
  4. Select the option Send List via SMS
  5. In the modal that displays enter the destination phone number then press Confirm Phone Number.
  6. Confirm the phone number to receive the Referral List then press Send Referral List via SMS.


Copy Referral List to Clipboard
  1. Log in to your Staff account
  2. In the navigation bar at the top select Referral List > Manage Lists
  3. Locate the referral list you would like to copy and click the options button on the upper right.
  4. Select the option Copy List to Clipboard.
  5. In the modal that displays press the button titled Copy Referral List to Clipboard.
  6. Open another application and paste the referral list.


Rename Referral List
  1. Log in to your Staff account
  2. In the navigation bar at the top select Referral List > Manage Lists
  3. Locate referral list you would like to rename and click the options button on the upper right and select Rename List.
  4. In the modal that displays enter the new name for the referral list and click Rename Referral List.


Archive Referral List
  1. Log in to your Staff account
  2. In the navigation bar at the top select Referral List > Manage Lists
  3. Locate the referral list you would like to archive and click the options button on the upper right.
  4. Select the option Archive List.


Restore Archived Referral List
  1. Log in to your Staff account
  2. In the navigation bar at the top select Referral List > Archived Lists
  3. Locate the referral list you would like to restore and click the toggle button to restore the list to Active.


Delete Referral List
  1. Log in to your Staff account
  2. In the navigation bar at the top select Referral List > Manage Lists
  3. Locate the referral list you would like to delete and click the options button on the upper right.
  4. Select the option Delete List.
  5. In the modal that displays confirm that you would lke to delete the list by clicking Delete list.


Modify Referral List Attributes
Staff can modify which External Providers attributes show up on their Referral Lists.
  1. Log in to your Staff account.
  2. In the navigation bar at the top click your email address in the upper-right and select User Settings.
  3. Click the button titled Referral Lists from the menu bar on the left.
  4. Check which External Provider attributes you would like to display.
  5. Click Save and all referral lists will display the attributes that have been checked.


Modify Referral List Message
Staff can modify the message on each individual Referral List.
  1. Log in to your Staff account.
  2. In the navigation bar at the top click Referral Lists > Manage Referral Lists.
  3. Locate the referral list you would like to customize and click the options button on the upper right and select Edit List Message.
  4. Enter the custom message.
  5. Click Update Message and the referral list will display the message when shared.


Modify Referral List Default Message
Staff can modify the default message that is created whenever a new referral list is created.
  1. Log in to your Staff account.
  2. In the navigation bar at the top click your email address in the upper-right and select User Settings.
  3. Click the button titled Referral Lists from the menu bar on the left.
  4. In the Message section click the button titled Update Message.
  5. Enter the default message.
  6. Click Update Message and all new referral lists will display the message upon creation.
