Public Database
Konvergent allows organizations to publish their database so that the public can view their list of External Providers. Users can filter External Providers just like Staff and subsequently they can email and/or print copies of the filtered providers.

This section covers how to enable and disable the Public Database feature, how to view it and customize its content.

How to Enable or Disable the Public Database
  1. Log in to Konvergent with a user account that has permissions to manage Program Settings.
  2. After logging in click your email address in the navigation bar in the upper right then select Program Settings.
  3. Click the button titled Public Database from the menu bar on the left.
  4. Click the toggle switch to select Enable or Disable to set the status of the Public Database.
  5. Click Save.


How to View Public Database
  1. Log in to Konvergent with a user account that has permissions to manage Program Settings.
  2. After logging in click your email address in the navigation bar in the upper right then select Program Settings.
  3. Click the button titled Public Database from the menu bar on the left.
  4. Enter a value for the URL.
  5. Click Save.
  6. The Public Database can now be accessed at https://konvergent.io/public/the-url-value-you-entered




How to Modify Public Referral List Title
  1. Log in to Konvergent with a user account that has permissions to manage Program Settings.
  2. After logging in click your email address in the navigation bar in the upper right then select Program Settings.
  3. Click the button titled Public Database from the menu bar on the left.
  4. In the section titled Public Referral List click the button Update Title.
  5. Enter a value for the title.
  6. Click Update Title.


How to Modify Public Referral List Message
  1. Log in to Konvergent with a user account that has permissions to manage Program Settings.
  2. After logging in click your email address in the navigation bar in the upper right then select Program Settings.
  3. Click the button titled Public Database from the menu bar on the left.
  4. In the section titled Public Referral List click the button Update Message.
  5. Enter a value for the message.
  6. Click Update Message.
