Konvergent Help - Manage Staff


Invite Staff
  1. Log in to Konvergent with a user account with the proper permissions to manage Staff permissions. role.
  2. After logging in click Users > Staff > Invite Staff in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  3. In the form select Staff for the User Type.
  4. Enter the email address of the Staff.
  5. Click Review Invitation.
  6. Confirm the invitation and click Send Invitation.



Disable/Enable Staff
At any point in time staff with the appropriate permissions can disable/enable staff in their database.

If a staff member is disabled then that member will no longer be able to access the organization's database. In addition, the program's staff can re-enable the staff member at any point in time.

  1. Log in to Konvergent with a user account that has the permissions to manage user permissions.
  2. After logging in click Users > Staff > Manage Staff in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  3. In the main table click the checkbox next to all the users you wish to disable/enable.
  4. In the toolbar above the table click Action > Disable Staff or Enable Staff



Delete Staff
By following the instructions in this section the staff member would be deleting the staff member from organization and their account.

By deleting the link between the External Provider and the organization all data (including referral lists) associated with the Staff member will be removed and the provider will no longer be able to access the organization's database.

  1. Log in to Konvergent with a user account that has the permissions to manage External Providers.
  2. After logging in click Users > Staff > Manage Staff in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  3. In the main table click the checkbox next to all the users you wish to delete.
  4. In the toolbar above the table click Action > Delete Staff
  5. In the modal that pops up click Delete Staff


Modify Staff Permissions
  1. Log in to Konvergent with a user account with the proper permissions to send invitations to Manage External Providers role.
  2. After logging in click Users > Staff > Manage Staff in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  3. For the staff members whose permission you would like to change, click the PERMISSIONS button in the corresponding row then click Modify Permissions
  4. In the modal that appears change the permissions settings to the settings desired.
  5. Click Review Changes.
  6. Confirm the changes and click Modify Permissions.
